1. Cancellation Period

You may cancel your order within a specific timeframe before the scheduled delivery. The cancellation period is as follows:
  • For same-day deliveries, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • For scheduled deliveries on future dates, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the delivery window.
Orders that have already been processed and are in the delivery stage cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
  • Log In: Access your account on the Farmer Fresh Vege app.
  • Go to Order History: Navigate to the 'Order History' section.
  • Select the Order: Find the order you wish to cancel and click on it for details.
  • Initiate Cancellation: Click the 'Cancel Order' button and confirm your cancellation request.

3. Refund Policy

If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation due to their nature (e.g., perishable goods, customized orders). If you wish to cancel such items, please contact customer support for guidance.

5. Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order (e.g., changing the delivery address or items), please do so within the cancellation period. Modifications can be made through the app or by contacting customer support. Changes to the order will be processed as a cancellation of the original order followed by a new order placement.
